Duties & Responsibilities:

• Progressive leadership experience in Real Estate Management and Integrated Facility Management.


• Proven experience with leading IPCs and reputed real estate developers.


• Demonstrated success in managing large, geographically dispersed portfolios across residential, commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use developments.


• Experience establishing and scaling new business verticals, operational frameworks, and governance models.


• Successful delivery of transition and mobilization projects, including developer handovers, due diligence, snagging, and operational readiness.


• End-to-end ownership of P&L, commercial performance, budgeting, CAM, vendor strategy, and financial governance.


• Strong track record in digital transformation, including CAFM, CRM, analytics, business intelligence, and technology-enabled operations.


• Recognized for building high-performing teams, driving customer experience, and delivering measurable operational improvements.


• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within facility or property management organizations.
