Job summary

Hgp Community in Panvel seeks a Facility Head (AGM/DGM) to oversee the comprehensive management of a large residential facility. You will lead the Facility Team, ensure efficient day-to-day operations, and deliver exceptional resident experiences with timely complaint resolution.

Your role includes managing vendors and budgets, ensuring safety and statutory compliance, coordinating across internal teams, and driving continuous improvements in service quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in facility management across large residential communities or hospitality.
• Experience in leading facility teams and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Strong focus on customer/resident experience and complaint resolution.
• Knowledge of MEP management and club house facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and monitor the Facility Team, including manpower deployment, performance, discipline and training.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, landscaping, utilities, amenities and common areas.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer/resident complaints and monitor adherence to defined TAT and service standards.
• Manage vendors, AMCs and service partners, ensuring SLA compliance, quality and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure safety, security, fire & emergency preparedness and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor preventive maintenance, breakdowns and overall upkeep of facilities and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with CRM, Projects, Engineering, Security and other internal teams for effective issue resolution.
• Manage facility budgets, operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Plan and execute festivals, community events and resident engagement activities, including coordination, budgeting and execution.
• Maintain regular MIS/reporting on complaints, operations, manpower, vendors,maintenance, expenses and overall facility performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, service quality and resident satisfaction.
• Documentation & SOPs and Audit (Facility).
• Resident association, society coordination and other key stakeholders.
• Understand MEP management and club house facility operations.

Reporting To: Head Facilities

Responsible for the overall management of facility operations, leading the Facility Team,

ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, excellent customer/resident experience, timely

complaint resolution, and upkeep of all facilities and amenities.
