Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced DFT Verification Engineer to verify complex chip test structures and ensure high-quality pre-silicon validation.

The role requires 3–6 years of hands-on DFT verification and simulation experience with RTL and gate-level sims, JTAG/TAP, and SoC/ASIC architectures. Proficiency in Python, Tcl or C++ is essential; contract tenure: 1 year.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in ECE/EE/Computer Engineering required.
• Strong hands-on experience in DFT verification and simulation flows.
• Experience with RTL & Gate-Level simulations and DFT flows is essential.

Responsibilities

• Verify DFT test structures and pre-silicon validation for complex chips.
• Collaborate on SoC/ASIC architectures and DFX flows to ensure test coverage.
• Develop and validate DFT patterns and test structures using Python/Tcl/C++ scripts.

We are looking for an experienced DFT Verification Engineer to verify complex chip test structures and ensure high-quality pre-silicon validation.

Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in Scan, SSN, DFT verification & simulation
• Hands-on experience with RTL & Gate-Level simulations
• Good knowledge of JTAG/TAP Controller and protocols
• Experience with SoC/ASIC architectures and DFX flows
• Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Tcl or C++
• Experience in DFT pattern validation and test structures
