Job summary

Intellisolvers is seeking DFT Engineers with extensive hands-on experience for Bangalore and Hyderabad roles. The candidate will work on DFT, ATPG, scan, and DRC closure, and contribute to sign-off at block or SoC level.

Experience with Scan Compression, MBIST/LBIST, JTAG/Boundary Scan, and Cadence/Siemens tools is required. Immediate to 30 days joiners preferred; opportunities for collaboration with design teams and ongoing upskilling will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in DFT, Scan, ATPG, DFT DRC and Coverage Closure.
• Experience in Scan Compression, MBIST/LBIST and JTAG/Boundary Scan.
• Good exposure to Cadence/Siemens DFT tools.
• Scripting knowledge in Tcl/Perl/Python.
• Candidates with SoC/Block-level DFT implementation and sign-off experience preferred.

DFT Engineers with 38 years of experience for Bangalore and Hyderabad locations.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in DFT, Scan, ATPG, DFT DRC and Coverage Closure
• Experience in Scan Compression, MBIST/LBIST and JTAG/Boundary Scan
• Good exposure to Cadence/Siemens DFT tools
• Scripting knowledge in Tcl/Perl/Python
• Candidates with SoC/Block-level DFT implementation and sign-off experience preferred
• Joining: Immediate to 30 days preferred

CTC Range:

• 34 years: Up to 18 LPA
• 4–5 years: Up to 22 LPA
• 5+ years: Case-to-case basis
