1. JOB PURPOSE

To supervise and control all loading operations to ensure accurate, safe and timely loading of finished goods. The role is responsible for coordinating manpower, vehicles and materials while ensuring compliance with safety, quality and dispatch requirements to support efficient distribution operations.

2. CORE JOB AREA JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Loading Operations

• Supervise daily loading activities of finished goods as per dispatch plan.
• Ensure correct quantity, product and packaging are loaded.

Manpower Supervision

• Allocate work to loading staff and helpers.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline of loading personnel.

Vehicle Coordination

• Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle placement and timely loading.
• Ensure proper sequencing of vehicles.

Material Handling Safety

• Ensure safe handling of materials during loading.
• Enforce use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures.

Quality Damage Control

• Prevent product damage during loading.
• Report shortages, damages, or mismatches immediately to concerned departments.

Documentation Records

• Verify loading documents such as delivery challans, invoices, and gate passes.

Housekeeping

3.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Diploma / Plus Two qualification.
• 2-5 years of experience in loading, dispatch, or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Experience in supervising loaders and handling dispatch operations is mandatory.
