Job summary

Training Basket is seeking an IT Support Technician in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, to install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network gear. You will provide frontline user support for hardware, software, and networking, and assist in data backup, recovery, and asset documentation.

You will help set up LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network devices, monitor performance, and coordinate with senior engineers on complex issues and project tasks. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware and Operating Systems.
• Understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
• Familiarity with routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
