Job summary

Uffizio Group in India is seeking an IT Support professional to maintain LANs and Wi‑Fi networks across offices and assist staff with IT issues. The role covers hardware and software troubleshooting, software installation and configuration, and basic cybersecurity measures.

The ideal candidate will handle routine system maintenance, updates, backups, and monitoring to keep IT systems running smoothly and securely for employees throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills to assist non-technical staff.
