Inspirisys in Pune seeks a Desktop Support Engineer Level-1 to join the IT team. You will set up desktops, servers, peripherals and cameras, test network connections and install laptops/printers with troubleshooting as needed.

You will handle user tickets, provide clear instructions, and document procedures. Knowledge of AD, DNS/DHCP, MS Office 365 and remote tools is valued.

Qualificações

• Graduation required; any field.
• Experience in desktop, hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiar with AD, DNS, DHCP and Office 365.

Responsabilidades

• Setup desktop, computers, servers, peripherals, cameras and test network connections.
• Install servers, laptops and printers and troubleshoot.
• Replace faulty hardware devices.
• Address hardware and networking user tickets.
• Guide users with step-by-step instructions.
• Remote troubleshooting and document procedures.
• Hands-on with Windows environments and office automation products.

Desktop Support Engineer Level-1

Setup Desktop, Computers, Servers, Peripherals, Cameras and test network connections

Installation of SERVERS , Laptops & printers and troubleshooting skills should be there

Replacement of Faulty Hardware Devices

Desktop, Laptop, Printer Installation & troubleshooting

Knowledge of installation of routers, switches, firwalls.

Understanding of Microsoft services like AD

Daily Activity for Hardware & Networking support

Hardware Fresh Installation/Trouble Shooting for Breakdown

Hands-on experience on Backup Application & Server Hardware should have team handling experience

Addressing user tickets regarding hardware and networking

Helps in installing applications and computer peripherals

Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions

Good communication, teamwork

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

Customer-oriented attitude

Graduation is mandatory( Any Qualification)

Knowledge of MS Office 365 and outlook troubleshooting of 2019, 2016, 2013 etc.

Experience of using active directory, DNS & DHCP

Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer/ FMS

Conduct remote troubleshooting and test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue

Help create technical documentation and manuals

Hands-on experience with Windows and IMAC

Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers, laptops and scanners

Knowledge of networks basics configurations, troubleshooting

Basics configurations, troubleshooting anti-virus programs

Must have knowledge about the remote support application like any desk, team viewer, VNC
