Job summary

Suzlon Global Service in Porbandar is seeking a Desktop Support professional to act as the single point of contact for IT assistance. You will provide desktop support via phone, ticketing, email, and chat, coordinate with engineers, and offer desk-side and remote help to users.

The role requires strong Windows/Outlook, AD, DNS, and DHCP knowledge. Hardware support experience (printers, assembling/disassembling) and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows OS support and Outlook configuration.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
