Job summary

Progressive Techserve in Kolkata, India, is looking for an IT support specialist to provide desktop technical assistance via phone, tickets, emails, and chat. You will coordinate with engineers and users, and deliver desk-side and remote support to local and remote users.

You will monitor customer satisfaction, troubleshoot Windows, Outlook, AD, DNS, DHCP, and hardware issues, and maintain configuration. Strong communication and technical knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Outlook.
• Experience with AD, DNS and DHCP configuration and troubleshooting.
• Basic hardware support and network issue resolution.
• Good communication and technical aptitude.
