Skillset: Outlook Configuration, Printers and Scanners management & troubleshooting, Outlook email troubleshooting, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS (Basics) and ticketing tool experience.

Should be able to handle VIP users and have good communication in English. Mandatory.

Ticketing tool: Manage Engine (Preferred). Any other tools also considered.

Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Location: Wada, Palghar District, Mumbai

Timings: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
