Job summary

Siri Tech Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking a Laptop Service Engineer (on Field support) for male candidates. You will provide desktop and laptop support to end users, install and troubleshoot Windows OS, diagnose hardware and software issues, and assist with printers, scanners, and connectivity.

The role requires basic knowledge of Active Directory and hands-on field experience. Travel to client sites in and around Hyderabad is expected as part of field support responsibilities.

• Proficient in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows OS.
• Able to diagnose hardware and software issues; handle peripheral devices.
