Job summary

Reserve Bank Information Technology is seeking an IT support professional in Navi Mumbai to handle day-to-day IT operations, including AD, Exchange, and O365 issues. You will troubleshoot Windows and MAC endpoints, manage licenses, patches, backups, and vulnerability remediation.

The role requires maintaining security, asset inventories, and timely SLA-compliant resolutions. The ideal candidate will ensure endpoint hardening, interact with vendors, and document remediation actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support and operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows and MAC endpoints.
• Experience with AD, Exchange, O365 applications.
• Familiarity with patch and vulnerability management.
• Ability to maintain asset inventory and backups.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for AD, Exchange, and O365 issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows and MAC laptops/desktops and install required software.
• Manage licenses, patches, backups, and vulnerability remediation.
• Harden endpoints per corporate policy and document actions.
• Maintain records of data communications, problems and remedial actions.
• Ensure vulnerability and patch management across the environment and recordkeeping.
• Resolve service issues promptly as per SLA and coordinate with vendors.
• Keep IT asset inventory up to date.

Job description

• Day-to-Day IT support and operations related to AD, Exchange, Email gateway and O365 application issues.
• Windows & MAC laptop and desktop troubleshooting with installation of softwares.
• License, Patch Management, Backup Management.
• Ensure all the endpoint machines are hardened as per corporate policy and our compliance.
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken or installation activities.
• Ensure Vulnerability & Patch management across the environment & maintain records of the same.
• Provide timely resolution to service issues raised by users as per SLA.
• Interact with vendors for hardware and software related issues.
• Manage IT Asset and keep inventory up to date.

Monitoring the system daily and respond immediately to security/usability concerns.
