Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 desktop/server/endpoint support and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook configuration, and user administration.
• Manage hardware deployments, software rollout, and patch management.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching connectivity.
• Administer endpoint security, antivirus, backups, and compliance controls.
• Monitor VMware virtual environments and assist with capacity planning.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and SLA adherence.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, servers, and endpoint devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, email configuration, and user administration.
• Manage hardware installations, software deployments, upgrades, and patch management.
• Troubleshoot network issues related to TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and connectivity.
• Administer endpoint security, antivirus, backups, and compliance controls.
• Monitor and maintain VMware virtual environments.
• Handle incident management, service requests, and SLA compliance.
