Job summary

Communications Test Design in Mumbai seeks a Field Engineer to manage on-site IT support for South Mumbai, Borivali, Malad and Bhiwandi. You will install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking at client sites.

You will travel across Mumbai, coordinate with remote teams, and ensure timely ticket closure within SLA while maintaining preventive maintenance of IT equipment. A driving license and bike are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows OS, desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and basic networking.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to travel across Mumbai for onsite support.
• Bike and valid driving license are mandatory.
