Job summary

CMS It Services in Dadra & Nagar Haveli is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and MS Office, diagnose issues, and manage user support via ManageEngine.

Responsibilities include AD user management, printer and peripheral support, and coordinating with OEM vendors for hardware warranty/repair. Adhere to IT policies, security guidelines, and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Provide on-site desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.
• Install and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Diagnose hardware, software, network, email, and app issues.
• Manage user support via ManageEngine and close incidents promptly.
• Install desktop applications, antivirus, and perform updates.
• Format systems, OS installation, data backup, and restore.
• Configure printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other peripherals.
• Support Active Directory user accounts, password resets, and access issues.
• Assist in LAN/Wi-Fi network troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware warranty and repair.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Adhere to IT policies, security guidelines, and SLA commitments.
