Toshvi is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Ahilyanagar, Nashik or Pune. The role focuses on on-site IT support, strong troubleshooting, and clear communication to resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and printers.

Responsibilities include configuring MS Office, Windows OS, CAD and ERP apps where applicable, managing email accounts, and handling Active Directory and antivirus maintenance. Strong English and local language skills are required.

• Manage antivirus software, including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
