Job summary

Knack RCM is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Jaipur to deliver L2/L3 support for desktops, servers, and endpoints. You will administer AD, 365 services, and Intune, ensuring secure, compliant operations across the organization.

You will manage deployment, onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, and maintain technical documentation. The role requires strong scripting and virtualization experience, with collaboration across vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Provide L2/L3 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows 10/11 systems.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user access administration.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Manage endpoint deployment and compliance using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Perform software installations, OS upgrades, patch management, and security updates.
• Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Maintain endpoint security, antivirus solutions, and compliance standards.
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and inventory tracking.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system records.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders for IT operations and projects.
