Job summary

Team Computers is seeking an IT Support professional to install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals across the office and client sites.

The candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and OS issues, deploy OS using SCCM/MECM or Intune, and configure Microsoft 365 apps with a focus on reliability and security. On-site and remote support will be provided to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Graduation required
• 1–4 years of experience in IT support
• Experience with IT hardware and software troubleshooting and asset management

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system issues.
• Install, upgrade, and support Windows, macOS, and business applications.
• Deploy operating systems using imaging tools such as Microsoft SCCM/MECM or Microsoft Intune.
• Configure and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.
• Perform hardware upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Support VPN connectivity, Wi‑Fi, and remote access solutions.
• Manage endpoint security, antivirus, encryption, and patch management.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure accurate documentation.
• Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support while meeting SLA targets.
