Asian Paints Limited in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, seeks a showroom design and sales coordinator to manage kitchen and wardrobe design for clients, support store sales, and handle customer walk-ins. Role includes site visits for measurements and coordinating installation and post-sales follow-ups.

You will design using software, manage orders, and liaise with architects and interior designers to generate regional leads while reporting sales data to the manager regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for Kitchen and Wardrobe design for the client at the store
• Supporting the store manager/dealer to drive sales from the store
• Achieving monthly sales target for the store
• Handling customer walk-ins and understanding their needs
• Conducting site visits for measurements and installation
• Designing using software to the satisfaction of the client
• Managing existing customers – order updates, follow ups on site readiness, installation scheduling, resolutions, and feedback
• Booking orders on software and coordinating material dispatch with backend teams
• Follow-ups post sales
• Reporting sales and order booking data to manager regularly

Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Responsible for Kitchen and Wardrobe design for the client at the store
• Supporting the store manager/dealer to drive sales from the store. Achieving monthly sales target for the store.
• Responsible for handling customer walk-ins and understand their needs
• Conducting site visits(client home) for site measurements and installation
• Design using software to the satisfaction of the client
• Managing existing customers – order updates, follow up on site readiness, kitchen installation scheduling, customer query resolutions, taking feedback etc
• Booking orders on software and coordinating for the material dispatch with backend teams
• Required to do follow-ups post sales
• Maintaining database of & follow-up with architects and interior designers to generate leads for that region
• Required to report sales and order booking data to manager regularly
