Job summary

Asian Paints in Ahmedabad is seeking a showroom design-and-sales specialist to craft kitchen and wardrobe layouts for clients at the store and to support the sales process from inquiry to installation.

You will conduct site visits for measurements, use design software to create client-ready designs, coordinate material dispatch with backend teams, and follow up on post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen and wardrobe design for showroom clients.
• Ability to conduct site visits for measurements and installations.
• Proficiency with design software to create client-approved layouts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for kitchen and wardrobe design for the client at the store.
• Support the store manager to drive sales and achieve monthly targets.

Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables:

• Responsible for Kitchen and Wardrobe design for the client at the store
• Supporting the store manager/dealer to drive sales from the store. Achieving monthly sales target for the store.
• Responsible for handling customer walk-ins and understand their needs
• Conducting site visits(client home) for site measurements and installation
• Design using software to the satisfaction of the client
• Managing existing customers order updates, follow up on site readiness, kitchen installation scheduling, customer query resolutions, taking feedback etc
• Booking orders on software and coordinating for the material dispatch with backend teams
• Required to do follow-ups post sales
• Maintaining database of & follow-up with architects and interior designers to generate leads for that region
• Required to report sales and order booking data to manager regularly
