Job summary

Asian Paints is seeking a design-oriented professional in Azamgarh (UP) to handle kitchen and wardrobe design for store clients. You will conduct site measurements, create designs using AutoCAD or Dezigno, and coordinate with backend teams for material dispatch.

You will also support the store in driving sales, manage customer walk-ins, follow up on orders, and report bookings and sales data to the manager. Weekend work and relocation within the state are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior designing or related furniture design field.
• Candidate must have completed 15 years of education.
• Comfortable working on weekends; good knowledge of AutoCAD or Dezigno software.

Responsibilities

• Design kitchen and wardrobe for client at store.

Job Description

• Candidates should be ready to relocate anywhere in that state. The base location can be changed within that state where the candidate is placed initially. Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables:
• Responsible for Kitchen and Wardrobe design for the client at the store
• Supporting the store manager/dealer to drive sales from the store. Achieving monthly sales target for the store.
• Responsible for handling customer walk-ins and understand their needs
• Conducting site visits (client home) for site measurements and installation
• Design using software to the satisfaction of the client
• Managing existing customers – order updates, follow up on site readiness, kitchen installation scheduling, customer query resolutions, taking feedback etc
• Booking orders on software and coordinating for the material dispatch with backend teams
• Required to do follow-ups post sales
• Maintaining database of & follow-up with architects and interior designers to generate leads for that region
