Job summary

Objectify Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to drive design using 3D software and interpret 2D drawings with GD&T. You will translate part specifications into design specs and ensure designs align with manufacturing processes.

The role involves coordinating with vendors and manufacturing teams, delivering projects on time with quality, documenting implementations, and performing root-cacuses and CAPA for non-conformities if needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Manufacturing processes.
• Competent in 3D Design and 2D drawing GD&T.
• Experience in Manufacturing of engineering components.
• 2-3 yr exp in Manufacturing industry preferred.
• Freshers can also apply.

Responsibilities

• Understand and Perform mechanical design using 3D design software
• Analyze 2D drawing to understand GD&T requirements
• Understand part specifications and translate them to Design specifications
• Relate design to manufacturing process specifications
• Ensure timely delivery of projects meeting specified quality parameters
• Prepare required documentation for implementation and delivery of the project
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing team to ensure completion of required tasks
• Analyse dimensional inspection reports to ensure quality requirements are met
• Understand material specifications and properties
• Interact with sales team or customers to ensure information on implementation of projects is communicated
• Perform RCA and CAPA in case of reported non-conformities
