Job summary

Glauben Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Mechanical Design Engineer with strong machine design and R&D background to own projects from concept to release. You will handle material selection, machining, fabrication, and post-processing, and lead structural calculations for OEM selection and accessory choices.

Proficiency in sheet metal design, GD&T manufacturing drawings, and Creo is essential. Knowledge of structural analysis and manufacturing techniques is required; semiconductor

Qualifications

• Strong background in machine design and R&D design.
• Ability to own project delivery from concept to release.
• Knowledge of material selection, machining, fabrication, and post-processing.
• Calculations to define structures/loads and select OEMs and accessories.
• Proficient in sheet metal design and applications.
• Experience creating manufacturing drawings with GD&T.
• Proficient in Creo.
• Knowledge of structural analysis.
• Awareness of manufacturing techniques.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Semiconductor industry background is an added advantage.
• Knowledge about tool/design fixtures is a plus.

Responsibilities
