Job summary

Shiva Engineers in Pune district, Maharashtra is seeking a mechanical design engineer to develop and design components, assemblies and equipment. You will prepare detailed drawings and perform design calculations, coordinating with production, purchasing, quality and project teams.

The candidate should read and interpret technical drawings, have strong problem-solving skills and be capable of cost-optimizing designs with GD&T know-how.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor).
• Basic manufacturing processes knowledge (machining, fabrication, sheet metal).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Team coordination and GD&T understanding.
