Job summary

Livspace is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager - Design in Surat, Gujarat, India. You will lead the design stream for 12–15 projects monthly through a 6–10 designer team, ensuring high productivity and quality output.

You will train designers, drive design discussions, and manage customer relationships to maintain strong Net Promoter scores. A background in architecture/interior design with 5+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualification preferably B.Arch, B.Interior Design.
• Masters/Specialization: Construction Planning Management,MBA, Design Management.
• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).

• Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.
