Role

Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Designer Manager to lead our interior design team and oversee the complete design process across multiple projects. This role requires a balance of strong leadership, design expertise, and project coordination to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between the design team, clients, and cross functional departments.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the design team to deliver high-quality interior solutions aligned with brand standards.

Review and provide constructive feedback on design concepts, technical drawings, and presentations.

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, provide expert consultation, and ensure expectations are exceeded.

Set individual performance targets for team members and monitor their progress to ensure goal alignment.

Drive strategic planning and resource allocation across design projects to optimize team productivity.

Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and adhering to budget constraints.

Provide mentorship, training, and regular performance evaluations to support professional growth of the design team.

Conduct regular design audits and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and execution teams for seamless project handovers.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging materials, and design technologies to drive continuous innovation.

Participate in hiring and onboarding of new design team members to maintain a high-performance culture.

Handle and resolve design-related escalations from clients or internal teams, ensuring prompt action and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Interior Design, with at least 2-3 year in a managerial or leadership role

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail

High creative sensibility with a focus on functional and aesthetic outcomes
