Job summary

HomeLane is seeking a Design Manager to lead a team of Architects & Interior Designers at our showroom in Ahmedabad. This leadership role combines design excellence with revenue ownership, mentoring designers, and ensuring premium customer experiences across the project journey.

You will coordinate with production, operations, and installation, drive the sales-oriented design process, manage high-value clients, and help scale the design team as we grow.

Qualifications

• 3–5 year Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in interior design.
• Mandatory experience in leading and managing design teams.
• Strong design acumen with a sales orientation.
• Strong understanding of project pipeline / funnel management and revenue predictability.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage high-value customers, handle escalations, influence decisions, and drive conversions.
• Experience building, mentoring, and scaling design teams is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities
