Homzinterio seeks a dynamic Interior Design Manager to convert leads into customers, manage the design process, and lead a team of interior designers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 2+ years in interior design sales or client relationship management, with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in sales closing and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of residential interior design, modular furniture, and space planning.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills; fluent in English and regional languages.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar design software.

Responsibilities

Requirements
