Job summary

SpazioLiv is seeking a talented Interior Sales Designer to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling interior design solutions that drive project conversions. You will handle presentations, space planning, and quotations while coordinating with design and execution teams to ensure profitability.

The role requires strong interior design knowledge, proven sales and negotiation abilities, and excellent communication to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in interior design sales, residential interiors, modular interiors, or a related industry.
• Candidates with strong sales experience and good interior-design understanding may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, budget, and design preferences.
• Develop interior design concepts and presentations based on client requirements.
• Prepare space planning, layouts, material selections, and design proposals.
• Present designs and quotations professionally to clients.
• Generate sales through leads, references, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
• Convert prospective clients into confirmed interior projects.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, project execution, and operations teams.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations while ensuring company pricing and profitability.
• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain accurate sales records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, finishes, and products.
• Handle client queries, objections, negotiations, and closing effectively.
• Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.
