Job summary

Livspace is seeking a Design Lead to manage the design output for 12–15 projects monthly through a team of 6–10 designers. You will drive design discussions, ensure productivity, and mentor the team while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years of experience as an Interior Designer or Project Manager and a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, with a track record of delivering 10+ residential projects end-to-end.

Job description

As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for managing the designing for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required trainings and design discussions.

What You’ll Own

• Managing design projects and leading design discussions.
• Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
• Ensuring output on the design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).
• Training designers on technical details (wherever required)

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Qualification in B.Interior Design.
• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).
