Job summary

Livspace in Bengaluru seeks a Design Lead to drive the design output for 12–15 projects monthly, leading a team of 6–10 designers and shaping the end-to-end interior design experience for clients. You will mentor designers, run design discussions, ensure productivity, and elevate customer satisfaction through strong relationships and training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects end-to-end.
• Bachelor's qualification in interior design.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design projects for 12–15 homes monthly and lead a team of designers.
• Ensure productivity and output from the design team.
• Drive customer experience and relationship management.
• Improve output on design quality and customer satisfaction.
• Provide trainings on design techniques as needed.

As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for managing the designing for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required trainings and design discussions.

What You’ll Own

• Managing design projects and leading design discussions.
• Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
• Ensuring output on the design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).
• Training designers on technical details (wherever required)

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Qualification in B.Interior Design.
• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).
