Job summary

Livspace in Hyderabad is seeking a Design Lead to oversee 12–15 projects per month with a team of 6–10 designers. You will drive design discussions, ensure productivity, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver exceptional home interiors.

You'll mentor designers, train on technical details, and monitor design quality through customer feedback and the Net Promoter Survey, steering continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Interior Design required.
• Masters or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA or Design Management preferred.
• 5+ years as Interior Designer/Project Manager.
• Led and delivered at least 10 residential/interior projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects and lead design discussions.
• Oversee productivity and output of a team of designers.
• Manage customer experience and client relationships.
• Ensure design outputs meet Net Promoter Survey targets.

Role: Design Lead

As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for managing the designing for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required trainings and design discussions.

What You’ll Own

• Managing design projects and leading design discussions.
• Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
• Ensuring output on the design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).
• Training designers on technical details (wherever required)

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Qualification in B.Interior Design.
• Masters/ Specialization: Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management.
• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).
