Job summary

Livspace in India is seeking a Design Lead to manage 12–15 projects monthly with a team of 6–10 designers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality design outputs.

You will drive design discussions, mentor designers on technical details, and nurture client relationships to deliver outstanding customer experience across residential projects.

Collaborate with clients, vendors, and project managers to translate briefs into design plans while maintaining productivity and design standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered at least 10 residential/interior projects.
• Strong experience managing multiple projects monthly and coordinating a design team.

Role: Design Lead

As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for managing the designing for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required trainings and design discussions.

What You’ll Own

• Managing design projects and leading design discussions.
• Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
• Ensuring output on the design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).
• Training designers on technical details (wherever required)

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Qualification in B.Interior Design.
• Masters/ Specialization: Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management.
• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).
