The role requires 10+ years in team handling, insurance industry experience, strong leadership and regional language skills, with immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in team handling (on-roll field sales team).
• Strong experience in B2C Sales.
• Good understanding of portfolio management.
• Expertise in attrition & shrinkage management.
• Insurance industry experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication & leadership skills.
• Regional language proficiency is mandatory.
