Job summary

Policy bazaar is hiring for Relationship Manager – Field Sales to kickstart or grow your career in sales across India. You will drive sales through new client acquisition, upselling and build lasting relationships with customers.

Role: Relationship Manager Field Sales. CTC: 3 to 4.5 LPA (Fixed) + Travel Allowance + Unlimited Incentives. You will plan sales strategies and meet client needs while delivering insurance solutions across regions.

Qualifications

• Experienced graduates/postgraduates.
• Must own a valid DL & vehicle RC.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Passion for field sales & customer interaction.
