The role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government bodies, reviewing drawings and BOQs, and ensuring quality and safety compliance.

Qualificações

• Experience in planning, supervising, and delivering civil EPC projects.
• Understanding of BOQs, drawings, and project specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Project Manager in the execution and delivery of EPC projects.
• Plan, monitor, and supervise all civil construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and construction teams for seamless project execution.
• Ensure project activities are completed within the approved schedule and budget.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and material requirements.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and cost control activities.
• Conduct site inspections, meetings, and progress review sessions.
