Salary Range: 12.00 LPA – 15.00 LPA (Negotiable based on experience, project exposure, and technical competency.)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager ivil to lead and manage multiple construction projects across India. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, resource management, client coordination, contractor management, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent project management skills, and experience in handling large-scale civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead complete project execution from project initiation to final handover.
- Develop project schedules, execution plans, resource allocation, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions wherever required.
Site Management
- Supervise multiple project sites across PAN India.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, Architects, and Clients.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material availability for uninterrupted execution.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings and technical specifications.
Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare project budgets and monitor project costs.
- Track project expenditure and implement cost optimization measures.
- Review contractor bills, BOQs, variations, and project estimates.
Quality & Safety
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and construction specifications.
- Implement quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, labour laws, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants.
- Attend project review meetings and provide regular progress reports.
- Resolve technical and commercial issues efficiently.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation, including BOQs, contracts, DPRs, progress reports, and billing records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Manage project risk registers and change management documentation.
Required Qualifications
Education
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in civil construction project management.
- Experience handling commercial, industrial, infrastructure, residential, or institutional projects.
- Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously is preferred.
