The Engineer / Sr. Engineer will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination of EPC project activities to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and cost standards. The role requires coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.

What you'll do

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review project plans, work schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor subcontractors' performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements.
• Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and statutory authorities as required.
• Maintain project documentation, daily progress reports, material reconciliation, and records.
• Participate in project meetings and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
