Job summary

MDP Infra (India) Private Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of building construction projects in North India, including Delhi NCR. You will ensure delivery within defined timelines, cost, quality, and safety through hands-on planning, coordination, and site management.

The position requires strong execution capabilities in RCC works, finishing activities, and coordination with consultants, clients, and site teams.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.
• 08-15 years of total experience in building construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute civil construction works including substructure and superstructure.
• Manage RCC structural works and finishing activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor and control project schedule, cost, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance.
• Oversee resource planning including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Drive timely client billing and certification of subcontractor bills.
• Track project cash flow and cost control.
• Maintain DPRs, progress reports, and MIS documentation.
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely decision-making for execution challenges.
