Smard Modular in India seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead overall site execution, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, quality, safety, and alignment with client requirements. You will plan schedules, coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, manage resources, review subcontractor progress, address delays, and prepare progress reports.

A strong background in civil projects and hospital/institutional experience is a plus; leadership and clear

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years experience in construction/project management.
• Experience with a main/turnkey contractor preferred.
• Hospital/institutional/commercial project exposure advantageous.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Overall management and coordination of site execution.
• Plan and monitor project schedule, milestones, and daily progress.
• Coordinate with Client, PMC/Consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, civil, and MEP works.
• Ensure timely availability of manpower, materials, drawings, and resources.
• Monitor quality, safety, productivity, and project costs.
• Review subcontractor performance and work progress.
• Identify delays, variations, and project constraints and take corrective action.
• Conduct site/progress meetings and prepare project reports.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, snag clearance, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure proper project documentation and timely closure.
