Adani Airport Holdings Ltd is seeking a dynamic Associate Manager/Manager- Techno Procurement for end-to-end civil capex and opex procurement for Mumbai International Airport Ltd. The role involves sourcing, bidding, negotiations and contract execution, with emphasis on adhering to quality standards and documentation.

The candidate should hold a BE Civil degree; PG qualification is an added advantage. Proficiency with SAP, ARIBA, E-bidding and reverse auctions is desired to drive vendor

• Ensure adherence to quality guidelines and maintain required documents.
• Liaise with consultants, vendors, contractors, sub-contractors and external agencies for technical specs, project execution, sourcing, and contract execution using SAP, ARIBA, E-bidding and reverse auctions.
• Lead onboarding and finalisation of civil, finishing, MEP, interior and infrastructure contractors.

Role Overview

As a Techno Procurement professional, incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement of Civil Capex and Opex works for Mumbai International Airport Ltd., including sourcing, bidding, negotiations, and contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure adherence of the overall process in accordance with internal amp; external quality guidelines as well as maintaining requisite documents.
• Liaising with Consultants, Vendors, Contractors, Sub-Contractors amp; External Agencies for determining technical specifications, project execution, supplies etc. Proficiency in handling SAP, ARIBA, E-bidding, Reverse auction etc.
• Lead onboarding and finalization of contractors across Civil, Finishing, MEP, Interior, and Infrastructure packages.

Qualification

B.E. Civil is must and PG will be added advantage.
