Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with 4–7 years of experience or Diploma holder with 7–9 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in computers – MS Office; SAP knowledge would be an asset.
• Strong focus on customer needs and relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a set of dealerships to achieve business parameters like volumes, market share, collections, deliveries, and spare parts sales.
• Ensure viable distribution by appointing dealers and sub-dealers for adequate market coverage.
• Ensure trained manpower at dealerships and coach dealers staff for systems like MSS.
• Drive service infrastructure and implement service systems to improve customer satisfaction.
• Organise local level sales promotions, product launches, and dealer training for pre-sales and sales processes.
• Track competitor activities and capture feedback on performance of products.
• Design and implement dealer incentive schemes and liaison with banks for retail financing.

• Manage a set of dealerships to achieve the business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, deliveries, spares part sales etc.
• Ensuring viable distribution network by appointing dealers, sub-dealers for appropriate market coverage.
• Ensure availability of trained manpower in adequate quantity at dealerships.
• Facilitate / coach the dealers and his staff for implementation various systems like MSS etc.
• Ensure availability of appropriate service infrastructure and drive implementation of service systems for improving customer satisfaction.
• Execution of events like local level sales promotion campaigns, product launches etc.
• Train the dealer salesmen on pre-sales and sales processes, new product features / modifications.
• Track the competitor activities, capture feedback on performance of competitor (and our) products.
• Design and implementation of specific incentive schemes for dealers.
• Liaisoning with financial institutions / banks for exploring new avenues for retail financing of product.
