Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji Group is seeking a BE Civil professional with 6–8 years of experience to oversee quality across residential projects. You will ensure the end product meets standards, conduct cube and regular material testing, and coordinate QA/QC audits.

Expected to maintain crisp documentation, MIS/reports, and method statements, while reporting promptly to the Head of Quality. Strong communication and real estate experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BE Civil with 6–8 years experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Real estate experience in residential projects.
• Experience delivering at least one residential project end-to-end.
• Hands-on finishing: tiling, flooring, painting, false ceiling (internal/external).
• Knowledge of Design Mix, material testing tools/techniques, QAQC SOPs, documentation, MIS/reports, audits, method statements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification & Experience: BE Civil with 6 to 8 years experience
• Should have good written & verbal communication skill
• Should have real estate experience (residential project)
• Should have worked on/ completed at least one residential project end to end
• Should have hands on experience on Finishing (tiling, flooring, painting, fall ceiling external/internal finishing etc.)
• Should have crisp, clear, accurate knowledge about the Design Mix, Material Testing Tools & Techniques, QAQC SOPs, Documentations, MIS/Reports, Audits (Internal+ External+ TPQA), Method Statements
