Job summary

CQRA Private Limited is seeking a skilled Quality Manager with extensive experience in QA/QC inspections for high-end residential and high-rise building projects in Bengaluru. The role requires hands-on oversight of civil and interior works, with a keen eye for finishing quality and detailing.

You will lead QA/QC programs, prepare ITPs and QIPs, review shop drawings, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in QA/QC and high-rise construction projects.
• Hands-on inspection of civil and interior works.
• Experience with ITPs, QIPs, checklists and NC closure.
• Strong command of site quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA/QC inspections for civil and interior works at site.
• Ensure execution per drawings, specs, and quality standards.
• Monitor high-end finishing works: flooring, tiling, stone, painting, joinery, ceilings.
• Prepare ITPs, checklists, SOPs, and QIPs.
• Identify NCs, issue reports, and ensure closure.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Review material approvals, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Maintain quality records and documentation.
• Conduct snagging and pre-handover inspections.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on site.

We are seeking a skilled Quality Manager with strong experience in QA/QC inspections, particularly in high-end residential Buildings projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in both civil and interior works, with a keen eye for finishing quality and detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct QA/QC inspections for civil and interior works at site.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor high-end finishing works including flooring, tiling, stone, painting, joinery, and false ceiling.
• Prepare and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITP), checklists, SOPs, and Quality Inspection Plans (QIP).
• Identify non-conformities (NCs), issue reports, and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants for quality compliance.
• Review material approvals, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Conduct snagging and pre-handover inspections for premium projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on site.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and documentation.
• Expertise in high-end finishing and interior detailing.
• Good understanding of materials used in premium construction (stone, wood, veneers, fittings, etc.).
• Ability to identify defects and suggest corrective actions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
