Job summary

Vista Developers Mumbai LLP is seeking an experienced QA/QC professional Civil to lead quality execution on residential/high-rise projects in Mumbai. You will ensure conformity with drawings, specs, ITPs, and QA/QC standards, coordinating with subcontractors and laboratories.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in civil QA/QC, strong knowledge of IS codes, RCC, formwork, testing, and documentation. Immediate joiners preferred and site-based work.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant QA/QC Civil/building construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of IS codes and quality documentation.
• Experience with RCC, formwork, concrete testing and finishing works.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA/QC team and ensure effective implementation of quality procedures at site.
• Monitor quality of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
• Ensure execution as per approved Drawings, Method Statements, ITPs and Project Quality Plans.
• Conduct and monitor concrete, material and site testing, including slump and cube tests.
• Coordinate with RMC plants, third-party laboratories, Consultants, Contractors and Subcontractors.
• Review material test certificates, technical submittals, samples and quality reports.
• Prepare/review IR/RFI, Checklists, Test Reports, NCRs and QA/QC documentation.
• Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis and ensure corrective/preventive action and timely closure.
• Monitor waterproofing, tiling, marble, granite, faade and other finishing works.
• Conduct/coordinate quality audits and regular site inspections.
• Coordinate with Client / PMC / Consultants for inspections, approvals and quality-related observations.
• Monitor snagging, rectification and de-snagging activities.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly quality reports to management.
• Ensure proper maintenance of QMS records and project handover quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes, project specifications and quality standards.

Candidate Profile

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC Civil / Building Construction.
• Strong experience in residential, commercial or high-rise building projects.
• Experience in RCC, Mivan/Aluminium Formwork, concrete testing and finishing works will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITP, Method Statements, NCR, IR/RFI, material testing and quality documentation.
• Good leadership, coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and AutoCAD.
• Candidates with relevant experience in Mumbai real estate / building construction projects will be preferred.
• Immediate / Urgent Joiners will be preferred.
