Job summary

Liebherr CMCtec India Private Limited in Pune is seeking a Deputy Manager - Planning (Material Planner - TCD) to ensure material availability per production schedules. You will analyze forecasts, inventories, and supply constraints, and drive corrective actions to prevent disruptions.

Responsibilities include leading material shortage meetings, coordinating with procurement, production, and engineering teams, and upgrading routings in INFOR-LN.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Fabrication and Gear Assembly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Strong communication.
• Strong time management and analytical skill.

• Identify risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans for critical materials with discuss with Op. purchase
• Lead material shortage meetings and drive corrective actions to avoid production disruptions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Sales teams to align material flow.
• Identify potential material shortages, supply risks, and delivery disruptions that may impact production schedules and customer commitments.
• Escalate critical material issues to management in a timely manner with clear impact assessment
• Conduct time studies and gather data on production processes to determine the most efficient methods and identify areas for improvement.
• Creating and upgrading routings in system INFOR-LN.
