Job description


  • Responsible for overseeing Human Resources and Administration functions at the factory.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and labour laws, while fostering positive employee relations and a healthy work environment.

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth operations and maintain cordial relationships with local communities and stakeholders.

  • Human Resources Management:

  • Implement HR policies and procedures at the factory level.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of employees.

  • Oversee employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.

  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.

  • Performance Management:

  • Coordinate and manage performance appraisal systems.

  • Monitor employee performance and provide timely feedback.

  • Coordinate with department heads to establish performance goals and objectives.

  • Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing.

  • Manage employee benefit programs, including insurance, retirement plans, and leave administration.

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and provide recommendations for compensation revisions.

  • Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Conduct periodic safety audits and inspections.

  • Facilitate safety training programs and promote a culture of workplace safety.

  • Administration:

  • Oversee administrative functions, including office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.
