Job summary

Envision Energy in Pune seeks a seasoned Material Planner for Tower/Anchor cage projects. You will develop and execute material plans based on project requirements and the S&OP plan, ensuring materials arrive on time.

Responsibilities include demand management, delivery assurance, and inventory optimization. You will monitor supplier capacity, manage ERP/MRP processes, and drive on‑time fulfillment through lean practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in logistics engineering, industrial engineering, machinery or related majors.
• 5–8 years of planning and delivery experience; SAP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain, ERP logic, MRP operation, and supplier management.
• Strong communication and proactive planning skills.

Material Planning (Tower/Anchor cage)

Job Location: Pune

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute material plan—Based on project requirements and the S&OP plan, clarify delivery requirements for suppliers through planning measures, and take responsibility for the stability of suppliers' production plans and delivery fulfillment through lean management practices, ensuring materials arrive on time.
2. Demand Management and Delivery Assurance—Drive regional planner to manage project demands, safeguard the rationality of project requirements, take responsibility for the reliability of supplier production and shipping plans in supporting project delivery, and ensure that customer delivery requirements are met in a timely manner.
3. Inventory management—Conduct routine analysis of inventory structure and mobilize resources to find solutions for stagnant or slow‑moving materials, controlling inventory at a reasonable level.
4. Supplier delivery capability management—Develop supplier control measures, quantify the delivery process of suppliers, and provide selection recommendations for suppliers to category teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in logistics engineering, industrial engineering, machinery or other related majors, with some exceptions for outstanding candidates.
• 5-8 years or more of work experience in planning and delivery, with SAP system experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain, familiar with ERP logic. Capable of supply chain planning, data analysis and MRP operation, as well as supplier management.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and influence, proactive and clear thinking, able to self‑drive and independently plan business and management action plans.
