Job summary

Express3PL is seeking an Assistant Manager - Operations to support the Warehouse Manager in daily warehouse operations for a leading automobile parts manufacturer's finished goods warehouse.

You will oversee inventory, dispatch, manpower, and coordination with the client and Express3PL teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures, including WMS and SAP.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field; Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a 3PL setup.
• Experience in Finished Goods and Manufacturing operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of WMS and SAP.
• Experience managing warehouse teams and shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse Manager in running daily warehouse operations.
• Plan manpower and monitor work across shifts.
• Ensure accurate stock records in WMS and SAP.
• Review stock counts, reconciliations, ageing, and inventory differences.
• Monitor tyre storage, movement, and dispatch.
• Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and product condition before dispatch.
• Coordinate with the client and Express3PL teams.
• Review daily warehouse performance, identify issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on inventory, dispatch, manpower, and operations.
• Handle operational issues in the Warehouse Manager's absence.
• Ensure client and Express3PL procedures are followed.

About the Role
